The Indiana University School of Informatics Alumni Association is an active community dedicated to the advancement of alumni, students faculty and staff. We build bridges of connectivity by sharing resources, expertise, mentoring and fellowship. In so doing, we support the school's mission to develop skilled technologists.

IUSIAA Formation

In the summer of 2005, Indiana University Alumni Association (IUAA) approved the formation of the School of Informatics Alumni Association (IUSIAA). Our association provides an opportunity for you to become involved and engaged with the School of Informatics.

Computer Science Department Merges into Informatics

To add to our excitement, the IU Computer Science Department has been moved into the School of Informatics. Computer Science alumni with a Ph.D, MS, or BS are now alumni of the School of Informatics. Within a few months our alumni grew from 1099 to 2,148.

How can you Participate in the IUSIAA?

First, become a dues paying member of the IU Alumni Association. Second, update your contact information. Lastly, connect with one of the IUSIAA board members by sending an email to Neal Moore. Or stop by the next board meeting April 5th, 2006, at the School of Informatics buidling on the IUPUI campus in Indianapolis, Indiana (send a note if you plan to attend).
