Informatics I450:
Designing and Developing an Information System
Objectives:
The objective of this assignment is for the student to demonstrate a reasonable
level of mastery of basic concepts in XPath and XSLT and thereby complete the
I450 XML:XSLT technology seminar requirements.
Assignment
Create an XSLT document that displays data from the store.xml file.
Take the store.xml file and link in it to your xslt file, then post both files
to a server of your choice.
Display the data in a fashion that would help a customer determine what movie
or album to purchase from the store.
You may not use substantial portions of the stylesheet presented in class. Turn in the final URI of your version of store.xml
and your source for your xslt
ddocument in a text document in your "Technology
Seminar" dropbox on Oncourse. Name the text file xslt.doc.
Due Date:
This assignment is due by 5pm on Monday, May 2nd at the same
time
all other materials for the class are due.
You will receive feedback on this assignment within a week after the due date.
