Summer Camp

Explored traditional and cutting-edge computational science. We explored energy and its uses—making icecream on a hot day, explosive fountains out of soda and candy, and did some bioinformatics—creating proteins from DNA. All and all, a great day. Students received a supply of candy, small gadgets, and several won prizes for the recognizing proteins the fastest.
