Informatics Summer Camp: June 15th- 19th, 2008
The Indiana University School of Informatics is the first school of its type in the nation, and is dedicated to advancing the study of information technology and how people work with information.
The Informatics Summer Camp, located at the Indiana University Bloomington campus, is designed to give high school students the chance to interact with IU faculty and staff and learn about the latest trends in information technology, the internet and Web design, networking, new media, databases, gaming, and more.
The School of Informatics hosted its inaugural summer camp in 2004, and we would like to thank everyone that participated and made it a success.
Goals
- Develop problem solving skills using information technology.
- Learn how information technology is used in science, art, and visual communications.
- Have fun with computers!
